Returns & Repairs

Swyft scooters and their components carry the following warranty with all dates determined by record of sale. Warranty does not include normal wear and tear, or intentional abuse.

  • Swyft scooters provides a one year limited product warranty and 6 months or 500 miles on the battery whichever comes first.
  • Swyft scooters has all parts in stock for all warranty and non-warranty related items. Warranty parts are on a parts exchanged basis only, buyer is responsible for all shipping cost. Repair services are available through our network of dealers in the United States or by shipping the scooter back to Swyft scooters. The buyer must pay all shipping costs when returning the scooter back for repairs. Normal wear and tear, damages caused by abuse, accident or lack of reasonable care, non-observance of the instructions for use, poor maintenance, and modification of the product are not covered under the warranty.A replacement part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product’s warranty.
  • Limited warranty parts only no freight or labor costs included.

Returns of Swyft scooters can only be made within 10 days of receipt if they are in new condition, unopened and in original packaging.There will be a deduction of a 10% restocking fee AND A DEDUCTION FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS INCURRED.
